Case Study #1
Diamonds International
Business: Diamonds International was established nearly
two decades ago. What began as one store in St. Thomas
has blossomed into over 100 locations. D.I. is now one
of the largest jewelry retailers in the world, and has
more locations in the Caribbean than any other fine
jeweler. The network ranges from the company's New York
City Headquarters to Mexico, to Alaska. The online jewelry
store carries over 3,300 products and serves over 300,000
dedicated shoppers every month.
Situation: The online team for D.I. lacked information
on their target market. Who were they? Where did they
live? They sought long-term business partnerships that
could yield substantial audience growth and brand awareness.
