Jasmine Sandler – Chief Marketing Officer

As president of Agent-cy, Jasmine determines all marketing and sales initiatives. She brings 14 years experience in media buying, online marketing, technology sales, and strategic consulting to the firm.

Prior to forming Agent-cy, Jasmine consulted for leading interactive agencies, specializing in business development. She provided audience acquisition and retention strategies to clients in various industries, including B2B, CPG, education, fashion 7 apparel, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, non-profit, information technology, retail and media & entertainment. Previously, she spent three years leading the development of an action sports marketing agency. Her efforts resulted in an expansive online community (xxtremeconnections.com) for consumers of products and services in the action sports market.
Before her work in the interactive industry, she was a Senior Sales Director at IBM Global Services for a four-year period that included their merger with AT&T. She sold managed data services to Fortune 100 clients in the New York area. She has also worked as a media buyer for Foote, Cone and Belding, and her career began with an internship in media buying for Young & Rubicam.
Jasmine, a Magna Cum Laude, holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Miami School of Business. She serves as a board member for the Promotion Marketing Association in New York City and helps with membership development. She has also served on the board of several small non-profit businesses in the New York area, for the purpose of assisting with membership growth.

On the side, Jasmine is an avid hockey player and boxer. Her passions are sports, business, music and travel. She currently lives in New York City.

Sky Hirschkron – Head Writer

As Agent-cy’s head writer, Sky drafts and edits copy, proposals, and critical evaluations. A member of the Agent-cy team since May 2007, Sky has a background in film aesthetics and culture. A former film critic for Stylus Magazine, he has also evaluated scripts for Shoreline Entertainment and is currently a graduate in Film Production at Emerson College in Boston, MA. One of his short films, You Called Me, was featured on New York Magazine’s Vulture Picture Palace blog. He lives in Cambridge, MA, but regularly commutes to New York City.

Chantel Albright - Market Research & Project Management assistant

Chantel has a degree in business management and a strong interest in interactive marketing. She has 4 years experience in managing business operations. Chantel helps with managing client appointments, assisting with various client projects and handles market research. Prior to working with Agent-cy, Chantel worked in several project management roles in the real estate industry. Chantel’s interests include theatre, volunteering with children and music.
